Marc is a 20+ year U.S. Air Force veteran. With 14 years as a B-1 supersonic bomber aviator and 4 years as an Air Force One Presidential Advance Agent, Marc has had a decorated military career with significant experience spanning 4 continents.
Marc’s time as a Lead Agent with the Presidential Travel Team sparked the origin story for The CADRE Experience…to provide the PRESIDENTIAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE to the traveling elite.
The Air Force One “Advance” team provides world-wide support to Air Force One and Air Force Two, is responsible for directing all aspects of logistics and aircraft security for the President and Vice President, and coordinates requirements for each trip between White House Staff, U.S. Secret Service, White House Communication Agency and the Air Force One flight crew.
Marc’s governing principle is to ensure each trip is crafted to the smallest detail, mirroring the same security, efficiency and luxury for our clients as is demanded by the President of the United States.

As an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team, Rob leads the global coordination and delivery of the firm’s safety and security program including geopolitical analysis, country and travel risk and protective intelligence to support a holistic risk management approach. Rob ensures we have an expert understanding of our clients’ physical, cyber, and reputation vulnerabilities, allowing the team to anticipate critical scenarios and ultimately deter otherwise unforeseen risks to our clients.
Rob’s background includes 20 years in the US Marine Corps, several years as an Executive Protection Agent, and most recently as Special Warfare Program Manager for the United States Air Force. Highly skilled in close protection, crisis management and operational planning, Rob’s focus on the safety and security of our clients allows them to rest at ease and without distractions.
And when he’s not Kung Fu fighting, Rob can be found enjoying a well-deserved slower pace of life with the menagerie of animals on his farm…

Gio is steeped in EP, medical and tactical driving skills with more certifications than even he can count. And we are proud of his service to his country and community as a prior Military Police and Artillery Lieutenant.
